Zinc Cyanide is a reactant used in the synthesis of imidazo[4,5-b]pyrazine derivativesas potent inhibitors of mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor (c-Met) protein kinase. Also used to prepare cereblon modulator immunomodulatory drugs displaying anti-tumor activity, specifically CC-885.
