Vaccenic Acid Ethyl Ester is the ethyl ester of Vaccenic Acid (V070000) which is a fatty acid found in Artemia salina that shows antimicrobial activity against a variety of microorganisms except Escherichia coli, Micrococcus luteus and Salmonella enteritidis.
