Dibenzosuberyl Chloride is used in the synthesis of atypical tricyclic antidepressant as well as dibenzosuberyl-substituted tropines as ligands for acetylcholine-binding protein. Dibenzosuberyl Chloride is also used in the preparation of amino protecting group for solid phase peptide synthesis.
