2-Isopropoxy-1-naphthaldehyde-d7 is the isotope labelled analog of 2-Isopropoxy-1-naphthaldehyde (I872810); a derivative of 1-Formylnaphthalen-2-ol (F700825) which is a compound used in the synthesis of Divin, an inhibitor of bacterial cell division. 1-Formylnaphthalen-2-ol is also used in the synthesis of adipic dihydrazones with anti-bacterial activity.
