3-Oxo Atorvastatin tert-Butyl Ester is a Boc-protected oxo-derivative of Atorvastatin (A791750, Ca Salt); a selective, competitive HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor. Atorvastatin can also lower both elevated LDL-cholesterol and triglyceinhibitorrides in patients with hypercholesterolemia.
